My laptop speaker I blown I assume?

I was playing this game called "Carx Street" and supposedly one of my speakers (right one to be exact) started sounding weird, like that aggressive noise it makes, it's like how crackling sounds where you can hear nothing but just that, I need help to somehow fix it, I tried, cleaning it gently, updating the drivers, I tried different audio sources, still the same, I tried connecting my bluetooth device, that works fine too, also it's just my laptop's speaker, I still have high hopes that with some software magic it can be fixed, some tweaks should help, and yes I did turn off audio enhancements, please give me a solution for this 😭
